I believe therapy should be affordable and accessible. I believe therapy should challenge you to grow but also be safe. I specialize in behavioral therapy, trauma and attachment, anxiety, adhd, and depression. I work with children, families, and adults. I am only offering telehealth sessions at this time on nights and weekends.
